Event summary

overview ■Children under elementary school age (free of charge) must be accompanied by an attendant (18 years old or older, paid).

* Up to 1 child per accompanying person.
*Infants accompanied by baby carriers are also included in the number of people.
*If there is only one attendant, two or more children cannot enter the fence.

■Up to 4 people, including infants (free of charge), can enter the fence together.

■Customers over elementary school age will be charged (900 yen per person).
Price Please select the price based on the total number of paying customers who will enter the fence together.

Reception method WEB advance reservation system

We will begin accepting reservations from 0:00 7 days before the date of use.
(Example: If you use the service on April 8th, reception will start from 0:00 on April 1st)
Please make a reservation online at least 1 hour before the day of use.

* Registration will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.
How to apply
1.
On the reservation page, please select the date and time of use and the price.
2.
Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a [reservation completion email]. Please prepare an email screen when using the contact plan.

* Cancellations and refunds cannot be made on the day of use.
Flow of the day of use
1.
Please come to the seat between pillar [I] and pillar [J] on the 2nd floor of "The Stadium" at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.
* If you do not come by the reservation time, you will not be able to participate.
2.
Please show the [reservation completion email] screen to the breeding staff.
3.
The breeding staff will give you a brief explanation, and we will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis.
Notes
Cancellations and refunds are not possible on the day of use.
The contents may be changed or canceled depending on the physical condition of the creature.
Please refrain from bringing your luggage (including camera and mobile phone) as it may be exposed to seawater.
It is not possible to change the number of people or divide into groups on the day of use.
For safety reasons, we may refuse to participate if you do not follow the staff's guidance.
