Reception methodWEB advance reservation system

We will begin accepting reservations from 0:00 7 days before the date of use.
(Example: If you use the service on April 8th, reception will start from 0:00 on April 1st)
Please make a reservation online at least 1 hour before the day of use.

* Registration will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.
How to apply

ご予約ページにて、ご利用の日時・ご利用人数をお選びください。
2.
Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a [reservation completion email]. Please prepare an email screen when using the contact plan.
※ご利用当日になりますと、キャンセル・払い戻しはできません。
Flow of the day of use
1.
ご予約時間の5分前までに、2階「アクアジャングル」のカピバラ展示室前にお越しください。
※ご予約時間までにお越しにならなかった場合、ご参加いただけません。
2.
Please show the [reservation completion email] screen to the breeding staff.
3.
飼育スタッフがカピバラのごはんをお渡しし、展示室の中へご案内いたします。
Notes
Cancellations and refunds are not possible on the day of use.
The contents may be changed or canceled depending on the physical condition of the creature.
安全のため、3才以下のお子さまはご参加いただけません。
For safety reasons, we may refuse to participate if you do not follow the staff's guidance.
